Gun Control is a highly controversial topic concerning the world. Gun Control is defined in the Second Amendment as the right to which a concealed weapon is allowed to be carried. The Second Amendment states: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
